Terms of Service / User Agreement

1. Acceptance

By using BuilderBlitz you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must be legally capable of complying with these Terms.

3. What BuilderBlitz is

BuilderBlitz is a skill-based game and product leaderboard for builders and founders. Players complete a timed 60-second skill game, and validated scores determine where products are placed on BuilderBlitz leaderboards.

BuilderBlitz is not gambling, betting, wagering, a sweepstakes or a game of chance. Results depend on player skill.

4. No guaranteed result

• Buying additional plays does not guarantee any particular score.
• Buying additional plays does not guarantee leaderboard placement.
• Buying additional plays does not guarantee traffic, customers, sales, exposure or any business result.
• Leaderboard position is earned only through validated gameplay scores.

5. Play credits

• Play credits are digital gameplay entitlements for use only on BuilderBlitz.
• Play credits have no cash value.
• Play credits cannot be transferred, resold or redeemed for money.
• Each purchased play gives you one more eligible attempt at the game.
• Buying more attempts does not buy or guarantee a leaderboard position.

6. Free play

New visitors can play one free round without creating an account, then claim that score for a product after signing up. Free-play eligibility is limited and tracked by BuilderBlitz to prevent abuse. The app shows whether a free play is available to you. Free plays have no cash value.

7. Game results

• Game scores are calculated by BuilderBlitz's servers, not by your device.
• BuilderBlitz may validate your in-game interactions and recompute scores.
• Invalid, manipulated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible scores may be rejected or removed.
• Rankings change as other players compete.
• A leaderboard position is not permanent.

8. Your product content

You must have the necessary rights to any product information, logos, images, URLs, descriptions and other content you submit.

You keep ownership of your product and intellectual property. You grant Highteky LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and format that content as needed to operate and promote BuilderBlitz, including on leaderboards, product pages and BuilderBlitz social posts. This license ends when your content is removed from the service, except for copies kept in routine backups or records.

9. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and sign-in provider reasonably secure.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must follow the Acceptable Use / Community Guidelines.

11. Service availability

We may update, maintain, suspend or modify parts of BuilderBlitz where reasonably necessary. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Intellectual property

BuilderBlitz's software, branding, design, original graphics, game elements and other Highteky LLC content remain the property of Highteky LLC or its licensors.

13. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuilderBlitz is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Highteky LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of BuilderBlitz. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, cheating, abuse, legal violations, payment fraud, or serious or repeated violations of these Terms. You may stop using BuilderBlitz at any time.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Where permitted by law, continuing to use BuilderBlitz after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
