Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, an account identifier, and the display name you choose. You can sign up with email and password or with Google. If you use Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.

Profile and product information. Information you add yourself, such as your founder or builder name, X handle, profile photo, product name, website, tagline, logo, category and subcategory.

Gameplay information. Scores, leaderboard results, game-session records (such as start and finish times and the in-game interactions used to validate a round) and related performance statistics.

Guest play. If you play before signing up, your browser stores a random key so we can limit free guest rounds and let you claim your score after you sign up.

Purchase and play-credit records. Which play pack you bought, the amount, the date, payment reference identifiers from our payment processor, and your play-credit balance.

Support communications. Your name, email address and message when you contact us.

Technical and security information. Basic information needed to run and protect the service, such as sign-in session data and request logs kept by our hosting and backend providers.

How we use information

• Operating BuilderBlitz and maintaining your account

• Displaying products, founder names and leaderboard results
• Validating gameplay and scores
• Preventing fraud, cheating and abuse
• Processing purchases and delivering play credits
• Providing customer support
• Maintaining security
• Complying with legal obligations

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Highteky LLC does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We receive purchase confirmations and reference identifiers so we can deliver your play credits.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate BuilderBlitz, including:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Lovable Cloud, for hosting, database, file storage and authentication
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google

Service providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services, subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.

What is public and what is private

Some information is meant to be public. Product information you submit for display, your founder or player display name and photo, your X handle, leaderboard scores and rankings can be seen by anyone, including visitors who are not signed in.

Your email address, purchase history, play-credit balance and private account details are not shown publicly.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep information as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can update much of your profile and product information from your dashboard. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and security requirements.

Children

• BuilderBlitz is a general-audience service for builders and founders.
• BuilderBlitz is not directed to children under 13.
• Children under 13 may not create an account or submit personal information through BuilderBlitz.
• If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected improperly, we may take steps to delete it.
• If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, use BuilderBlitz only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect material changes.
